Likewise, when someone moves from your city to Southern California, we want to be able to help them buy or lease a new home. When escrow closes or a lease is signed, a referral fee is paid to the referring broker.

Our preference is to establish referral relationships with real estate firms throughout North America that have been in business for at least five years and have at least four full-time agents.
